Refund policy

At Rolling Coast Threads we do NOT offer any refunds or returns for previously purchased products. Once an order is placed there is no cancelation of that order. All Exchanges must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order and shipped back within 10 days of receiving. An exchange will NOT be approved If products have been worn or damaged.
All regular full price purchases are eligible for even size exchanges only. If you wish to exchange any products you must pay for shipping back and forth to Rolling Coast Threads. Once we receive and review your item, there will be another 1-2 week production wait time if applicable.

All Clearance, promotional, sale and personalized items are final Sales. These items do NOT qualify for returns or exchanges.
